My name is Emzy. I've been sharing my hometown with guests for over twenty years and I invite you to join me for an evening of cocktails and conversation all things history in two of the most storied bars in Texas.

After a few minutes in Alamo Plaza we will belly up to the same bar where Teddy Roosevelt recruited many of the famed Rough Riders in 1898, drinks in hand we then explore the oldest hotel in the Texas followed with a second round at another nearby historic bar chosen on your taste.

Never knew San Antonio had such great history... lots of legends have passed through this town and Emzy sure knows how to bring it all to life and show you things you would have never noticed on your own. He took us to some really hidden bars that had Loads of history and a heavy pour. Great tour with great company.. thank you for the fun history lesson.

The tour guide, Emzy, was knowledgable and humorous- a great storyteller. He has spent many hours researching and had the pictures and newspaper clippings to back up every story he told. He was very accommodating to the needs of our group and checked on how we were doing often. I wished we had time to go on other tours that he offered.

The Guide Emzy was a hoot and a wealth of knowledge. I did think the drink prices were a little high though.
