We'll get as close as we can (currently under reconstruction of the elevator) and learn some of the fascinating stories of the challenges of building the tallest stone structure in the world.

National Mall

We'll ride up the mall discussing key landmarks and the Smithsonians along the way.

Lincoln Memorial

This is such an amazing memorial that if we can, I like to let my guests spend some time exploring here.

U.S. Capitol

We'll soak up great views, discuss some of the building's amazing history, and take family photos with the US Capitol Building.

We loved our tour with Jeff. It was so easy to book and he contacted me right away to go over details and what we wanted. My family of four with a preteen and teen may not have shown it but enjoyed the tour immensely. We started by riding bikes down to the navy yard which was a part of DC we had never seen and made our way back up to all the monuments. My kids favorite part was seeing the Lincoln Memorial and Jeff pointing out all the symbolic meanings. He had plenty of water and great healthy snacks for us. We ended up riding 11 miles with him and loved every minute of it. If you are looking for an easy way to get around DC and with someone that you can completely trust to show you and teach you, Jeff is your guy!

We recently had friends visit from Australia. They had never been to DC so we wanted a fun energetic overview. Jeff was the perfect choice for this. He was fun, knowledgable and took us on a great bike adventure. We will definitely use him again!

Our tour today with Jeff was fantastic! He had organised all the bikes perfectly for us (5,7,9 yr olds plus us the parents!). We saw everything we’d wanted to see and learnt a lot too. Jeff did a great job at engaging our children and was a super fun tour guide. He had also brought along lots of water and snacks for us all which we really appreciated. Big thumbs up from this British family!

This British family...who biked in over 90 degree heat! So glad you all had such a great time and that your middle child rallied after that bottle of ice water and 2nd snack - you are all champs to prevail in our summer heat. Glad you enjoyed yourselves and all the good praise (forever indebted to James Smithson) and pokes (your army burning our early city 204 year ago).
