The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan

It was short waiting and finding the car was easy. But the driver asked us to pay $131 additional fare after the trip, even if I prepaid the service. He showed the note that says tolls and tips are not included. I was suspicious about unusually high toll prices, so I contacted the operator to make sure. It turned out it was the whole price and actual toll was about $38. If I didn't contacted the operator he could have ripped us off. Typical tourist trap.

Very aggressive and rude driver. Complained about the luggage size the entire trip though it was clearly mentioned when the booking was originally made and the company suggested an SUV then and was confident the vehicle would fit. Didn’t help with the bags and left my senior parents carry them. Was complaining the entire ride about their luggage size and kept asking for tip from the start of the trip. When the trip finished, my parents only gave him 10$ tip because they were not satisfied, but he became angry and started yelling at them asking for 20$. He was very aggressive and my parents felt unsafe at that moment. Refused to help with unloading the bags, in-fact he pushed one of the bags out from inside the vehicle against my mother who was trying to pull it out.

Do not use this company. They are allways late, they lie about when they will get there. they slip in extra charges and the drivers pretend not to speak english. If I could give them a negative five rating I would. Today was the last straw. I called three people and all three lied to me about when the car would arrive. LIED! The car they sent was not what I reserved. The supervisor told me there was nothing he could do except open a ticket. (What a JOKE) Use Uber or Lift or a yellow taxi
