The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan

The guy never met us at the La Guardia, we sent him several messages by text. Never responded. Two hours later he responded that we were suppose to call him. Nowhere in our documents said anything about that. This a formal request for a full refund.

Not one to complain but we booked a return taxi from Newark airport to our hotel and then back to the airport on the return journey. Well firstly you have to go looking for the taxi. You receive a text to say they have arrived but on both inward and outward transfers we couldn’t find the car. We had to ring the office who informed us that the taxi was waiting. Eventually it did arrive. Before drop off we was informed that toll charges and tips had not been included in the original price. When questioned the driver said ‘it’s in the small print’. Yes in the small print 😡😡 Different charges in toll prices. 23 dollars one way and 20 dollars the other way excluding tips. I know the difference isn’t great it’s the principle. Anyway we will not be using this company again and I will not be recommending them to friends and family. The drivers have no social skills and I felt I was a burden to them rather than them delivering a service.

- Threatened and demanded for extra cash! - Worst experience of my trip here in United States!! - Not a Trustworthy service!!! Reserved cab ride via CarmelLimo service on my way back to Newark International airport. Before departure, the price for the journey was confirmed with the representative and they provided a paper based coupon for the ride. The cab driver was so friendly that you wouldn't doubt at any instance. At end of the trip, the cab driver demanded an extra 35 $ for the trip (after additional toll fee). He even rejected taking paper coupon and threw on me. Upon calling to the customer service the driver started yelling at me. I tried approaching police, but he refused to open car door and locked me inside. This is frustrating and being women didn't feel secure and I just gave him all the demanded money and left as soon as possible. He even dropped at a wrong terminal. It’s not just poor performance of their service, but in fact threatened a woman. Highly insecured!
