Had the pleasure of working with Jason and his crew. He provided lessons for a group of adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues. Jason was awesome in the way he interacted with my kids. The way he focuses on water safety is a big plus for me and made my kids feel comfortable in what is ideally an uncomfortable situation for them. He was gentle and really allowed them the opportunity to grow both spiritually and physically. I would highly recommend learn to surf as your guide to the ocean.

Jason was awesome! He and a partner gave myself and son Charlie (18 years old) a private lesson and it was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable, very safe with an emphasis on safety first, great communicator, good sense of humor, and expert surfer and surf instructor. We would highly recommend him and hope we have a change to take some more lessons on our next visit from Minnesota!
