We are a bit older - 62 and 74 - so we originally booked the scenic float tour. Changed our minds at the last minute. Our guide Nick was fabulous. From his deadpan introduction (he bragged about his Youtube Whitewater Guide Certification - yes he was kidding) to his expert navigation of the Class 2 and 3 rapids Nick was a pleasure to spend time with. He was unfailingly courteous, humorous and in total control - even when we briefly lost a paddle. The ride was exhilarating! There were plenty of high drama moments but also a generous amount of time to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. It was our first time rafting - it most certainly won't be our last. This experience was the highlight of our trip!

Love being on the rio! Brian was an excellent guide. Great instruction that allowed all rafters of varying age to safely complete the racecourse.
