Spend the afternoon floating along the beautiful Waccamaw River on an inflatable river tube or kayak. Bring some food and drinks (or grab some from our Snack Shack) to take with you on your trip to explore the river. Pull over on one of the white sandy beaches to enjoy some fun in the sun and take a dip in the refreshing cool river.

When you arrive at our Outpost you will find:
- Fun and games: enjoy our unique super sized yard games: Jenga, Connect 4, Corn Hole and more.
- Amenities: 4 restrooms, 4 changing rooms with hot showers, hammocks, swings, large fire pit, picnic tables and propane grills that are available for you to use.

Your reservation time will be from 2 pm - 5 pm, feel free to enjoy the full 3 hours on the river and at our facility or arrive anytime during those hours but keep in mind we do close at 5 pm.

We saw an advertisement on Airbnb for an island adventure and decided to try out the kayaks as a break from the beach on our weekend to Myrtle Beach. Jeff was a great host and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Would recommend and will definitely be back again.

We were excited for this experience, since it was a pretty good price for all different kinds of water activities. But once we got there, it was kind of a bust. The water was very low, so it was not moving at all, it was all in the sun, with no shade and the actual river itself wasn’t very exciting or pretty to look at. We ended up going kayaking and then leaving because we didn’t really want to sit in the sun on tubes that moved slow or really not at all. It seemed overall disorganized a little bit and not too exiting after doing one of the activities.

I'm sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. We post on our website what the river level currently is to determine which activity the water level is best suited for. When the river is high with a fast current it is great for river tubing and when it is low with very little current it is excellent for kayaking and paddle boarding.

It was great until we got to the end of the river or a turnaround we wasn’t sure what to do there was no instructions on that but all in all it was a great trip my first time ever kayaking but as I said I didn’t know what to do when we got to the end
