Super friendly staff and great service. Purchased my rentals over one year prior and could not go at that time, but they still honored my rental reservation when the timing was right and I could spend the day showing friends around the city. Super easy and convenient late night return. 10/10 - an incredibly positive experience. The staff even matched our bikes to our outfits. Above and beyond customer service.

While I had been very happy with the overall rental service, the poor rating is because when we collected the rental bikes we were handed ferry tickets but not explicitly told that we would be charged if we used them (I had not opted to buy any in the online booking). As a result we went ahead and used them even though we could have got cheaper fares as we had Clipper cards. As a family of 4 these things add up.
