My husband and I just returned from our first trip to San Francisco. We did a lot of site seeing from Alcatraz, to Haight Ashbury, but without a doubt THE highlight of our vacation was our fire engine tour with Captain Robert and co-captain Marilyn. These two are the best tour guides I've ever encountered. So energetic and passionate about the city, they are determined to give patrons the best view of San Francisco and the bridge they will ever have. From the outrageously fun helmets and jackets for pictures, to the breezy and breathtaking ride over the infamous bridge, this tour will be a wonderful memory for years to come. A family celebrating their son's 5th birthday was on the tour with my husband, sister and I, and I could see the joy and wonder in that little boy's eyes. What an awesome way to celebrate for the young and young at heart alike. If you are debating taking a tour of the city, you must ride the fire engine tour. It's eccentric take on the city and stories and songs is unlike any around. I would recommend this to anyone interested in seeing the city and meeting some extraodinary locals. Thank you Robert and Marilyn for this once in a lifetime experience. Keep up the great work on your big red shiny mack fire engine!!!
