My colleague, Abram and I, brought a group of high school students for a tour as part of an LGBT History course. We wanted them to see, hear about and experience what they were learning, e.g., through "The Times of Harvey Milk." It made history real. Kathy was so engaging, knowledgeable, and personal. She is a long-time resident of the Castro and active in community programs. We all appreciated her sense of humor too! You shouldn't miss this tour!

This is a very interesting tour of the historic Castro district, it is not an arduous walk and the two hours is filled with interesting facts about Harvey Milk and the struggle for equality.

This was amazing! A must do for all who have an interest in the Castro and in GLBT history. The tour was very informative and at times moving as the decades of world changing history are revealed. The guide Kathy was so lovely and the tour moved at a comfortable pace.
