I really enjoyed my tour with Kathy and what a memorable experience this was for me. I received an email reminder about the tour a couple of days beforehand, with details about where to meet (the big flag pole with the rainbow pride flag on the corner of Market and Castro streets). Kathy was very warm and friendly and took time to ask each of us about where we were visiting from and was very genuine and made each of us in the group feel welcome. Kathy is very knowledgeable and provided interesting information about the history of the area and I must say that I did learn a few things that I didn't already know. I really loved the feeling of the Castro and it felt amazing walking around seeing so many rainbow flags and people who seemed very happy here. This two hour tour was one of the highlights of my trip and I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the area, as well as LGBTQI information and history. If I am ever in San Francisco again, I would not hesitate to make another booking for this tour, because I enjoyed the tour so much. Thank you Kathy for providing this walking tour and for the great work you are personally doing in the Castro, I'm really impressed. Take care.
