The tour guide was amazing, he knew the city and was funny too! We enjoyed both the trolley tour and the riverboat equally. I was disappointed the the trolley was not a hop on/off. I did not read good enough and purchased a extra day to find out you had to call them for a pick up, very disappointed.

The trolley portion tried to cover too much so I feel like we didn’t really learn anything. The paddle boat portion was boring, refreshments on board were ridiculously expensive and subpar, and the river is too industrial. There were no good views.

The shuttle was 20 minutes late for pickup, but we made the tour on time. The trolly tour was okay, but I assumed that it was taking us to the departure location for the riverboat when the tour was over. We were given the option to be dropped off at the stairs or walk, but there should be clearer instructions on how to find the boat other than "follow the compass rose on your map." We managed to find our way to the riverfront, but there were no clear instructions on where to find the boat or even which boat to board. After several confused phone calls back to the office we were told to go to the red and white awning. Then we found out we had to text the bar code to a separate number, go inside and pick up our tickets. Maybe I didn't read all of the instructions thoroughly, but in my opinion this process could be improved. Overall the experience was good, but I will take a guided walking tour next time so I can see more.
