This was super easy to book online. When we got there there were multiple company tour buses easily identified with signs set up in the tourist center parking lot. Note, online it says that there is an attendant to take your fees for parking. It's actually just one of the automated ticket dispensers. The first hour is free make sure to increase the amount of time to ensure you're paying for a full day being there. I believe 7 hours easily covered our day. Our name was our ticket and they simply gave us a band to board the trolleys during the day. The open-air historical tour with Kathleen was fabulous. She was funny and Incredibly informative. The closed shuttles were very convenient taking you to and from which ever stop you needed to go to. The Riverboat tour again, the tour guide was fabulous and informative. The extent of knowledge was appreciated. Not to mention the views were beautiful, instructions were easy . This is definitely something would do again and well WORTH the money.

Driver was knowledgeable but trolley seats weren’t terribly comfortable and our trolley was so overloaded? that we kept dragging on turns. You won’t be stopping for any sights while on the trolley so remember where they were and revisit them outside of the tour if you want any pictures. Had at least an hour and a half between the trolley and the boat so plenty of time for lunch. When boarding the boat apparently their policy requires the ticket takers to take a screenshot of your confirmation upc and text it to their boss? When the girl checking us in for the boat asked to see my wife’s iPhone we figured she would scan the upc on the confirmation and we would be ok. However we were shocked when she took the unlocked phone and took a screenshot of the confirmation upc and then texted it to 8432906455 without telling us anything about what she was doing. Clearly this was not cool with us or I imagine anyone that cares about the security of their phone, surely this must not be the official policy of the boat company and if it is- well it clearly needs to be changed.

Great tour guides on both the trolley and riverboat. Very informative and entertaining. Great way to see the city and learn more about its remarkable history.
