Visited this place while in town for work. Located at the mall of America. Cost was somewhat high but there is a coupon online. Cost about $21 with discount. The major attraction is a tunnel through a series of tanks. Gives you the feeling you are in the tank. They have sharks, turtles, rays and some larger fish in the fig tank. The cost was acceptable for one but would be too high for a family just to walk through. If you do not linger looking at the large tank, you can be done in 15 minutes, but it is likely an hours visit.

I hadn’t been here in many years, but my daughter wanted to come here for her birthday. The price of the adult ticket was $25.99, but we were able to get a MN resident discount of $16.99. Just even booking online you can save yourself $5/ticket. So definitely do that or do an internet search for discount code. It is a small aquarium but nicely done. They have really expanded The underwater tunnels. It used to be just a small tunnel with sharks. Now there are several. The sharks are still there, but there is also a freshwater tunnel and another tunnel with a 350 lb. sea turtle. There is a really nice jelly fish display. A few seahorse displays & a sea dragon (my daughter’s fave sea creature) display. You can feed the rays for $ and there is a touch pool at the end. A nice was to spend an hour.

We bought the VIP Experience, and had a great time. Our group from 3yrs old to 74, loved our guide Phil. He had so much knowledge of all the exhibits and animals. You could tell that he had a real love of his job. We loved learning about their diets, feeding procedures and personalities!
