Natsue saved my life. On the 5th (Sat), I fell on the rocks at Futago Island and suffered some pretty serious abrasions. However, the staff treated me warmly when I returned to the shop. Natsue in particular was really concerned about me, and even looked up medical facilities for tourists that spoke Japanese and gave me a note. In Hawaii, where Japanese is still not widely spoken, having someone like Natsue was very reassuring. I really feel like my life was saved. Many Japanese people are now visiting both Kailua and Lanikai. Staff who can speak Japanese are invaluable. I hope you will continue to travel with peace of mind... And finally, once again, thank you so much, Natsue. I look forward to seeing you again.

It was my first time kayaking in Kailua! Emi and Natsue carefully explained the precautions and gave us access to Flat Island and Lanikai Beach. The ocean at Kailua and Lanikai was so beautiful and fun, I'd love to go again♪
