More than just an adventure, this educational tour takes you into a world that few can ever experience. The open ocean world of sharks!

We take you three miles off shore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. No scuba experience is necessary, you enter the cage from above and stay on the surface using a mask and snorkel. Large Poly Glass windows let you peer into the open ocean and watch the sharks as they glide gracefully through the deep blue. To be in the presence of such awe inspiring animals will change the way you see sharks forever.

We booked a 10am trip, they then bumped us to 11am with no warning or communication after we took a uber to their boat (no other option but to wait). If I were you I'd spend your money elsewhere! Poor communication and poor customer service.

Aloha Christopher, We did have to move your reservation due to not reaching our minimum capacity. The private charter was booked much after that. We made several attempts to reach you regarding this change to no avail. I urge you to check the time stamped messages on the viator/ tripadvisor messaging platform. We made several attempts to reach you. Unfortunately tripadvisor/ viator, Where you made your booking, does not provide us with your direct email address. We also made several attempts to reach you by phone. You have an international number listed on your booking so it could be that you had your phone off. Unfortunately review responses do not allow me to send screenshots or I would post them here. If you would like to see the time stamped attempts to reach you I would be happy to email them to you. From our 11am crew that took you out on the tour 45 minutes after your review posting, it seemed like you guys enjoyed the tour. Great time! It’s probably too rough seas for little kids but they can still see the sharks from the surface

We always advise if kids are to come out the earlier in the morning the better the ocean conditions usually are. Simple, well organized experience with great weather window. The 2 guides and other passengers were friendly. Gained some new knowledge of sharks. Guides also pointed out whales and spinner dolphins. They also provided some after experience activities in the area.
