Asked tour guide to turn down the heat as did others on the van and he did but it was still uncomfortable. Asked a total of 3 times, still too hot.. also asked him a question about Dallas and it wasnt answered. Didnt finish the tour cause it was too hot and when messaging the company for at least half of the refund of the half of the tour I didn’t take and they refused. Up until now, I have always booked my tours through viator. They may have just lost a loyal customer!!!

It wasn't as informative as I expected. I know he had to concentrate on the driving. Maybe have a tour guide and a driver so we can get more information on the history. He had to repeat things because the group changed half way through the day.
