The helicopter ride was special.Very hesitant to add it on for usual reasons.As usual fear is not reality. Already want to book another copter ride. Like most reviews Michael as guide is terrific. Managed to make a very long day seem shorter. He knows all the best ways to avoid lines like early lunch.Just listen and he keeps day moving along. Excellent tour.

Thank you to Chris for driving us to all the wonderful locations and explaining some of the history. It was an incredible day! Thank you to Travis for flying us down into the canyon. My husband is still talking about how much it meant to him! Playing TopGun on the flight out was Perfect! We will recommend this experience to everyone!

We booked a bus tour for two of us through Get Your Guide, we have booked many before with the app. The tour was day to Grand Canyon West with 5 stops, 14 people max vehicle was in description and 10.5 hours long we paid €262 each. Communication was good Jacky phoned me day before to arrange pick up at hotel and driver collected us right on time. There was 11 passengers and bus really crammed, hardly able to move between seats on Anyhow, on itinerary Hoover Damn is first stop, we went straight to airfield as there was passengers doing a helicopter ride, two different groups at different times. We felt very rushed to accommodate them. We went to Sky Walk but felt rushed again. We were dropped off at Guano Point and told driver would be back in 1.5 hours as he had to drop and collect passengers who were doing helicopter rides. We didn’t need or want that much time there. The driver did come back and we saw him so he suggested he drop us at lunch venue before he collected helicopter passengers. The lunch venue described in your itinerary is “Sit down for a romantic lunch at the rim of the canyon”. It couldn’t be further from that. A shack of a restaurant in doors with food I can only describe as prison food served on similar plates. We couldn’t eat it, other passengers struggled too. Only sodas available from a machine which we had to serve ourselves. We then did Joshua Tree forest and Hoover damn. Damn visit very rushed as end of the day. We didn’t get to walk bridge at all. 5 mins out of bus twice for photos. This was so disappointing as was one of the highlights for us. We then thought we were finally on the road and we’re told we were driving through Boulder to see sheep! Not on itinerary. Tour lasted 12 hours and so much time wasted accommodating two other tours doing the helicopter rides. We really are annoyed and definitely will not recommend this tour.
