The tour itself was good, the driver was knowledgeable, and we got to see so many different places; it was a great glimpse of the city. Unfortunately, I can’t give a better review because the driver was more than 1 hour delayed to pick me up, the van was dirty and since I complained about been waiting for an hour the driver had a bad attitude towards me the whole tour.

The tour stated out great driving through car, but I wished we have more time outside on the famous sites for pictures 10mins, 15min -20 mins was not enough. Also, our driver should be more knowledgeable about the history and architectural landmarks of SF. Finally, at the end I didn't like when my driver specifically asked me to tip him cash. As, I stood there I asked him if can tip online. He replied that I should do so easily, since my trip was bought on a discount which I was unaware off. But, regardless I didn't think he should insist on a tips.

This tour was great.. The driver took us all over San Francisco and showed us the highlights of the city and talked about the history. There were a few stops along the way for picture-taking but you don't get a lot of time at the stops so just keep that in mind. I would recommend taking this tour on the first day and then go back and explore places that interest you if you have time. We took my mother-in-law who has a little trouble walking and when she got tired she stayed on the bus which was very comfortable.
