Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Lessons are the hottest, newest and most popular activities in Hawaii. SUP on top of Hawaii's beautiful oceans and waterways is an experience unlike any other. Enjoy this core strenghtening water activity when you visit Hawaii.

MSH will take you on any beach in the calm south shores of Oahu where you can glide across the pacific ocean enjoying the beauty of the marine life beneath you as you cruise along. It is an exciting but peaceful experience that should be at the top or your "things to do" list while visiting Hawaii!

All of our lessons are taught by knowlegeable instructors who make the experience fun, because after all, for most of those visiting Hawaii, the goal is to enjoy your vacation while having as much fun as possible. LESSON AVAILABLE OFR A MINIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE.

Adult must be present in group for participants under the age of 16
Free pick up from Waikiki hotels. Other locations that is not in Waikiki will have additional fee, please call us a couple of days before to schedule your pick up.

I had an incredible time paddleboarding! The experience was both relaxing and exhilarating, with stunning views of the surrounding water and scenery. The paddleboard was sturdy and easy to use, making it perfect for both beginners and more experienced paddlers. What I loved most was the peacefulness of being out on the water, away from the noise and distractions of daily life. It was a great way to connect with nature and enjoy a good workout at the same time. The staff were super friendly and provided helpful tips to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to try something new or are a seasoned paddleboarder, this activity is a must. I’ll definitely be back for more adventures on the water!

Massimo was an outstanding instructor. He patiently worked with all of us and all were standing up and paddle boarding in no time! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Massimo is a great guide. Very knowledgeable about the local area and fun to talk to. My son and I both agreed it was the most fun activity we did in Hawaii. Highly recommend.
