All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

Too much time was spent at the Statue of Liberty, otherwise the trip was very good.

A brilliant tour with exceptionally committed guides. The weather on the day we went was quite foggy so the view from the Observatory would have been poor but we were offered exchange tickets for the following day - this was an excellent outcome for us as the next day was brilliant weather. The tour round the outside of the 9/11 site was very thought provoking and the architecture of the Occulus was breathtaking as was the view from the Observatory itself.

Tour guide Sal was amazing, and very interesting all the information he shared. Headphone sets during the tour help to hear him. He had opportunity for breaks during tour. Ellis Island tour, regarding immigrants, and walking in my ancestors footsteps down the steps from the great hall, was very meaningful. The World Trade Center tour was even better, as he relayed his own experiences, having worked at the World Trade Center during 9/11. His perspective was very helpful for their part especially, as it was first hand, witness information.
