Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

Our tour guide acted like he didn’t really care about us. He would walk super far away and then realize that he left us behind. His outfit was not a good first impression and when we went through security he took his belt off and didn’t put it on till we got on the boat, his pants were falling down. He did a presentation in the museum and he had previously told us he would not be able to talk about anything in the museum but it looks like he broke that rule. We were not informed that it would be a personal tour and were a little bit upset. He didn’t know where the exit to security and where restrooms were.

We enjoyed our tour. The Statue of Liberty tour was great. The tour guide (Matt) was informative and very accommodating. The afternoon tour (Debbie) for the 9/11 museum was less informative and took us through 2 different malls. Definitely not what I expected. I would have liked to hear more about the history of NY and less of the tour guides personal stories.

Thee tour was brilliant, not only because of the knowledge that was provided by Kevin and Jim but the fact they were there to help you the whole time! I would like to put a special mention to Jim as he was very funny and I found myself laughing and really enjoying myself and interacting with him! Kevin was excellent and extremely knowledgable and he had radios so he could even talk to us from different rooms or if we got lost. Two great guys and would absolutely request to have them both again if I was to do the tour again! Thanks for making today brilliant! Aaron & Ian (The English ones, not from Bath Kevin) 😂
