Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests must pass through airport-style security screening. All items must be able to pass through the screening machine. Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol, drones, selfie sticks, tools or any type or size of weapon are permitted, legal or illegal. There is no opportunity to check items before screening - they will be confiscated. U.S. Park Police have final say on what is allowed. POSSESSION OF SOME ITEMS MAY RESULT IN SUMMONS OR ARREST BY THE U.S. PARK POLICE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURE TIME: The tour must depart as scheduled to keep with the ferry schedule, unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
If you are lost and require assistance finding the meeting point please call the number listed on this voucher as early as possible for assistance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM PEOPLE ON THE STREET.
Our guide is our only representative at the meeting point. If you arrive and cant find the guide you must contact us directly for assistance. We are not responsible for information provide by other parties.
Tour operates in all weather conditions so please check the weather and plan accordingly. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to weather we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option to re-book for another day or receive a full refund. Re-booking is done on a first come, first served basis and is based on availability.
Based on availability guests may be able to re-book to another tour on another date. The ferry tickets that we purchase for your visit are non-refundable and space is limited therefore a rebooking fee will be applied.
Because we must purchase non-refundable ferry tickets for your visit NO REFUNDS will be issued for missing the tour for any reason.

Great walking tour. Our travel agent was awesome and knew his stuff. He had everyone laughing at his jokes while at the same time keeping up informed on the history of what was going on with the tour.

Great review. Matt, our tour guild was amazing. He was personable, knowledgeable and his love of the city contagious. There was a problem with the scheduling and Viator handled the discrepancy with professionalism. The tour which was advertised as one tour was actually two separate tours and we were not given transportation between the two meeting points. We were supposed to have a one hour break between tours for lunch and to get to the second tour Because of ferry delays we did not get to the second meeting point on time We were running and stopped for chicken nuggets from McDonald's and ate them on the way. Overall, Matt made the rush worth the effort.

Took the boat tour that went around the island and saw Lady Liberty. Makes you proud! The world Trade Center is a masterpiece.
