There is a reason they are #1. Verlin was super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, easy going, and great with out 2 kids. Could not have asked for a better experience. Prior to the tour, ecotours was super professional and communicated well with our family to coordinate pickup and arrange a successful day.

We are a family of five who booked a sunrise tour for the first week of July. The outing was truly wonderful from start to finish. Not only were we successful in observing wildlife across many different areas of the park (pronghorn, mule deer, elk, bison, baby bald eagle, blue heron, even a grizzly!), but the overall quality of the experience was top notch and affirmed the value of a private tour. Handing over the navigation responsibilities so we could relax, learning about the park ecosystem from a passionate and knowledgeable guide, visiting an array of "off the beaten path" spots, and having our children (ages 7, 4, 18 months) fed breakfast and entertained, it really delivered on all fronts. Highly recommend this company if you find yourselves in Grand Teton. Such a great enhancement to our trip and fun way to break up all the hiking with young kids.

Our family of four (2 adults and two teens) booked the Teton Sunrise tour one day and the Yellowstone full day tour the next. Everything was planned perfectly - the route, the snacks, the wildlife - and the conversation was great We were fortunate enough to be assigned Jeff O. as our guide for both days and we couldn't be happier with that experience. He was a gentleman - a wealth of local knowledge with so much insight into the wildlife and geological formations of the area. Honestly, he made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. Between the two tours we saw bear, moose, elk, coyote, bison and a variety of wildlife. Jeff did all he could to find a wolf, but they're pretty elusive. Our 14 year old and 18 year old kids loved the trip and stayed engaged. There's a lot of driving on these tours, but Jeff got us out of the car moving around which was great. The vehicles are very comfortable and the lunches were great. We would recommend this experience to anyone who's considering it.

He's spent so much of his life living and working in Yellowstone, and we feel so lucky to have him on our team.
