We didn't go. And still waiting on a refund. Company texted me the afternoon before my activity to cancel said it was too windy. When I asked them for a refund they said I had to go through the company I booked with. The company I booked with says the company didn't verify they cancel the activity.

Great experience everyone was friendly & made thing super easy & fun! The pilot made everyone feel safe, and the crewmembers were super helpful. Overall, the experience was amazing 10/10

Started off okay, pilot seemed to have a vendetta against one of my teenagers, and then made some racist comments about the natives of the land, while my two teens are native (but white presenting) . All questions were met with “depends on the wind” which is not what you want to hear on your first time. Was passive aggressive when one of my teens said they were feeling queasy, met with “well I was gonna give you guys extra time but since these girls are having such a bad time, I guess I won’t.” Multiple times. Slightly antagonizing my teens with “ is it me you don’t like or the flight”. I wanted to like the pilot but just couldn’t. One of the women also with us was sick and sitting the entire time. Towards the end of the trip, the pilot got slightly better. The crew hands were great. Overall I’m glad for the experience but probably wouldn’t recommend booking with this pilot.

I am the pilot… Interesting you call me racist, and taunting your teens when in fact my teen boys are Apache, and I even told you that! But im racist!?… yea I felt bad your teen girls hated the experience due to it being hot to them. But I guess when from Alaska; Arizona is always too hot…. As for the the answer of depends on the wind. That is the nature of hot air balloons. No way to change those answers for your comfort. Sorry you didn’t like that.
