Peace. Tranquility. This is what I felt while we were in the air: no turbulence, no noise minus our fellow riders, no cars or freeway. I told my wife that it was the most tranquil I have felt in years. Great team of Pilot and staff, now I wish to share with my son next time.

Before: The four stars are for the lack of fine tuning in the other little things. Booked through trip advisor, got one rate. Called to confirm and was told it was actually a lower rate because our flight was during the week. Still charged the higher weekend rate. During: The balloon ride itself is great with spectacular views. Pilot is clearly experienced and has a small staff of hard working people. Owner did not object when we helped with the actual pulling and deflating of the balloon. Definitely fun. After: Went back to the winery and waited around in parking lot to receive complimentary wine bottle. Others received theirs and had already left. 10-15 min. still nothing, we assume they forgot. Felt a little awkward to keep waiting...as we were driving away someone ran down the hill with a bottle. Overall: Other balloon companies are just as good. Our flight went a long distance in the time allotted. But in fairness, other balloons were out before us while others were at higher elevations.
