This tour was excellent. The skipper was very friendly and super informative. The ride lasted a little over 90 minutes and we learned a lot about Tampa and the beautiful homes and downtown area. For the price, this is a great value. The boat was comfortable (retired Navy transporter ) and easy to board. They had water onboard and you were able to stand or move around. I highly recommend.

The tour guide knows the history very well and it was a fun ride around the bay. I will do the tour again with more of my family.

So we had purchased tickets to go on the tour and then got a message that our date was unavailable. We changed our date without thinking but realized that it interferred with a conference activity. Tried to get money back but person who texted me stated I would have to call their office to see what they could do. I was not within the 24 hour time limit (23:30.00 minutes so 30 minutes late when I texted them) finally talked to the operator the following day and they stated that he had nothing to do woth the money and would honor the vouchers up to 5 years. However gracious this might be we will most likely not be back within 5 years. He told me that I should be angry with Viator rather than him. I called Viator and tried to get them to refund the money and they said they would call the tour operator and see if they would accept the cancelation and the operator said "no!" Called operator back and he said I was speaking to someone in the phllipeans (sp?) That was reading from the script and he had no control. It went on for a bit longer about he was the good guy offering a voucher for 5 years even though he was under no obligation to do so. Long story short. He gets paid for two tour seats and I get screwed out of $80. Sad thing is I was really looking forward to the tour! Don't book unless you are standing right in front of them!!!!!
