Dumbo, Brooklyn is known for being one of the most scenic neighborhoods in NYC. During this three-hour tour, you'll not only see the most iconic views of the NYC skyline from its promenade, but also enjoy five dishes from award-winning restaurants. The tour takes you through the brownstone-lined streets of Brooklyn Heights, to the cobblestone streets in Dumbo, and to a local beach with an amazing view of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.

I took the Best Of New York Food Tour through Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo with Luis. The tour is very well planned and personalized. Luis gave great tidbits about these areas and their history. The food places we ate at were called in advance so that by the time we got to each stop, the food was ready and we did not have to wait and wing it I really enjoyed the falafel, pizza, pancakes, tacos, and ice cream I have been on other food tours and this tour was by far the best and most organized.

My college age daughter and some of her friends went on the Most Amazing private food tour in Brooklyn as a surprise for part of her 21st bday! Nicola was such a fun, friendly, engaging, knowledgeable guide with an enthusiastic personality who took the girls to some of the best food locations for falafel, pizza, street tacos, cookies and cocktails! Don't eat before you go…you will leave with bellies full from some of the most delicious and diverse foods! The experience from beginning to end was top notch and the photos Nicola (and the girls) took along the way exemplify the fascinating time they all had together and the best memories that will be treasured always! HIGHLY recommend booking any of the tours Sarah Funk offers…she was so accommodating, creative, friendly and an absolute pleasure to help organize this special bday tour!
