Rob encourages participation and ensures that his volunteers and the rest of the audience have a great time.

He is the winner of the Philadelphia Houdini Award and a recipient of both stage and close-up magic awards from the Society of American Magicians.

The entire tour is between 1 to 1.5 hours. The walking time is approx. 1/2 hour. The rest of the time is standing, except for a few locations with some spots to sit.

Examples include; Watch a penny penetrate a glass bottle to honor the saying, "a penny saved, is a penny earned" Enjoy "Les Mis" the musical card trick, a song parody/magic trick Experience spirit writing at the alley, "Little Boy's Court"... and much, much, more! Unique, imaginative and educational; and FUN. We were a group of near 30, yet the leader, Rob, brought us all into the tour through his low-key, engaging manner. He’s funny talented and has a wealth of knowledge about Philadelphia history that he shares in a personalized, creative and truly magical way. Whether you’re from another country or have lived In Philadelphia your whole life, you’ll be fascinated and delighted by this view of the city. The magic will definitely fascinate you!

The tour was excellent despite the heat and humidity. The tour guide, Robert was hilarious, entertaining, knowledgeable, and accommodating. His magic tricks left the crowd speechless which helped forget about sweating in the heat. I would definitely recommend this tour!

What a great time! I was so happy to have found an outside the box local tour. There was lots of History, lots of jokes, lots of magic, and lots of fun! We brought our group from Pittsburgh to Philly and didn't have any local connections, so finding a tour was not the easiest task. I got in touch with Rob and told him our concerns about budget and time, and he really worked with us to make it happen! He really went above and beyond for us and we couldn't thank him enough! He was so flexible and really well prepared and wowed our whole group. I couldn't have been more pleased and can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you again, Rob! Hope to catch your tour again sometime!
