We went for a morning tour at 7am with original canopy. They were ready for us and although they didn't give us a friendly welcome we were starting straight away after a brief safety instructions. We were 6 in our group, 3 adults and 3 children (9,10 and 12 years old.) This was a good size of group and throughout we didn' t see many other groups and never had to wait. The zip lines were great and the tarzen swing and abseiling and climbing through the hallow tree and as a family activity we had a lot of fun.It was a great experience and the children did love it but they are the adventurous scared of nothing sort and not all children would be comfortable doing this. I must say that we were really not impressed by the 2 guides with us. The leading one was very unfriendly and told us off and was not good with the children. Although they were OK with safety they were only doing their job, didn't speak to us, gave us very mixed instructions (one telling us to break and the other saying not to and then getting cross with us.) My pulley wasn't working and he told me off saying I had braked and so it was my fault. Our children climbed up the hollow tree and a very shaky ladder, a great challenge for them all especially for a 9 year old and no help or encouragement from the guide at the top to climb onto the platform. She also got told she was kicking him when she was dangling from the wire and she couldn't help swinging and keeping her balance. One adult got hurt with the zipline, it hit her in the face and they just told her it was her fault for not keeping her face back , no sympathy .We loved it but don't count on the guides for the fun, help and encouragement for your kids. One even left without say goodbye.
