Went with my husband and both kids who are grown and this tour was so lame, the lady who was giving the tour was boring, it was more focus to family with small kids, it was not scary, I definitely won't recommended to anyone just adults and are looking to have spooky a experience

It’s important to me that every guest enjoys a smooth and engaging tour. However, I did notice some challenges during your visit, as members of your party needed to step away several times to use the bathroom. While I completely understand that such situations can arise, they can occasionally disrupt the flow of storytelling for both the guide and the other guests in the group. Despite these interruptions, I’m pleased to note that during one of the stories, we had a remarkable moment of paranormal activity that amazed many in the group, including one member of your party who shared their excitement with me as were waiting on the rest of you to come back from the bathroom. Our tour is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for a wide audience, from families to adults. While we aim to provide an immersive experience filled with Charleston’s rich history and haunted lore, it’s worth mentioning that our focus is on authenticity rather than theatrics. I booked this tour as a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, due to rain and blistered feet we had to cancel. I called only 3 hours before and they still gave me a full refund under the unfortunate circumstances. The policy is 4. They were very sympathetic to our situation. Great customer service booking the tour and canceling. If we come back to Charleston we will be sure to use this company as they are the original Ghostwalk of Charleston. Highly recommend.
