Salem Night Tour

Take a spooky stroll through downtown Salem, Massachusetts on this haunt and history, night walking tour. Join the adventure Friday and Saturday at 8pm or Sunday through Thursday at 6pm. Starting April 1st, we will be running every night at 8pm! Licensed guides lead the way through legends, history, and the infamous hysteria of 1692 — the Salem Witch Trials. This is a walking tour of historic downtown Salem that lasts about 90 minutes. Hear amazing stories of Salem's past and discover why Salem is one of the most beloved, historic, and haunted towns in America. The route goes at a comfortable pace, rain or shine. This Salem night tour is typically well attended, so reservations are highly recommended. In October we require guests to be early. Late arrivals (even by just a minute) are not accepted under any circumstances. Guest that cannot arrive early should not book this tour in October.

While we were excited to take part in this tour, we were slightly disappointed. The overall feel was a ittle disorganized. The amount of other tours going on at the same time was staggering. All of the tour guides were trying to show the same things and talking over each other to their own groups. It was dstracting.

We are sorry you were disappointed! Salem is extremely busy in October, especially during Columbus Day Weekend. We STRICTLY limit the amount of participants per tour and turn away most potential guests in October. This tour was a major let down. We ended dropping out of the tour. All we were doing is going to parking lots and buildings that were already renovated. The guide wasn’t the best either. It wasn’t just us another family left at same time. It definitely wasn’t worth the money

We are sorry you were let down! Our guides are all seasoned professionals with a history of great reviews. Certain historic sites such as the cemetery and Old Town Hall have been preserved for hundreds of years and we love to show those things to our guests! However, there are important places like Bridgett Bishop's apple orchard, and the 1692 Witch Dungeon which do not exist anymore. We still find it important to bring people to the sites and explain the history, ghost stories, and paranormal encounters of those areas. We are sorry you are disapointed in Salem and our tour. Although we can tell a great story, sometimes the landmarks are long gone. Our communication is always open so feel free to contact us at [email protected]

The guide was nice enough but kept repeating himself on a topic. We left halfway through perhaps it may have gotten better if we stuck it out but opting out seemed like a better alternative. Another couple left at the same time repeating the same sentiment.
