Outstanding- Justin’s knowledge was very impressive. This was one of our highlights - our son is a massive Spider-Man fan so was excited to see many of the film locations. Can’t rate this highly enough. Be prepared to do a fair bit of walking - worth the effort.

About two hours before the tour, my phone and before I could answer it, it went straight to voicemail. I saw it was a local number, I listened to the voicemail which was 10 seconds of silence. Anyway I reached the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start time. 2PM comes and no one is there, other guests and no tour guide. At 2:15PM I call the number on the voucher and it’s the number from earlier in the day. The tour operator said they won’t do a tour with low numbers (meaning just me) and offered another time but by then I no longer available. I was given a refund. If they had called back and left another voicemail or spoken to me, I could’ve not wasted my time. How was the tour itself? Don’t know. I cannot recommend it. Customer service and follow through skills need work though.
