My daughter wanted to do this dinner cruise to celebrate her birthday while in Oahu. We booked and no where on the website did it say that you had to pay to sit by the windows but apparently you can do this by booking the celebration package (even though it doesn't explain this) . So our $300 tickets for two people left us seated in the middle of the boat 2 feet away from an unrelated couple who kept flinging pieces of Lobster at us (more on this), when we talked to the manager he was so rude my daughter almost cried when he left. While our waitress was nice, she was so busy she could not keep up with the section she was given. The food... terrible, horrible, a disgrace. The salad.. 4 pieces of lettuce. The lobster was so overcooked you had to tear into it like a well done steak. (which is why pieces from the nearby table were hurling at us.) It was split but not cleaned. It was so rubber tough and had a horrible after taste that left me nauseous for trying to eat it. Even Red Lobster is better. The steak was actually OK, but you don't get a choice on what temperature it is cooked to. The desert was gross... a quick glance showed that everyone else on or floor sadly shared the same sentiment as every plate had a few bites or less taken from the desert. No knock on the dancers that hustled to perform on every floor and make wardrobe changes in record time, we appreciate their dedication and hard work.
