A visit to the Turquoise Museum located in a castle-like building in Albuquerque is an enlightening experience. 💙 I learned about the global, international trade of turquoise through the centuries. And the various types of turquoise, mining techniques, etc. The museum collection is a fifth-generation family legacy. #TurquoiseMuseum

An amazing exhibit in a beautiful mansion, both well worth a visit. The turquoise and information about Turquoise collected by this five-generation family of turquoise experts are so interesting even to a total newcomer to the topic. It is designed for those who know nothing and want to learn about turquoise. Everything is clearly marked and displayed, so if I did know a lot about turquoise, it would be easy to find what I was looking for.m
