I never went in to the museum. It’s in a very sketchy part of town. The doors are locked right until 10 minutes before your designated time and I can see why, there were people just hanging around that appeared to be on drugs and a woman asleep on the ground of the parking lot. I came early to visit the cafe and it was closed 2 years ago. I didn’t feel safe waiting in the parking lot so I left.

A very educational and enjoyable experience. So much to learn about turquoise but the museum is much more than that. High on our list to recommend for everyone.

Enjoyed film intro. There is a 3 minute intro film that everyone sits thru. Then there is a 10 minute, more informative video that is optional but I would suggest everyone see. It was very helpful. Plan to spend at least an hour to an hour and half at the least and longer if you have the time.
