Nothing to review about the tour as the transportation didn't turn up! There was no prior communication from the operator....I had to call them to find out why they failed to turn up. A complete waste of my evening travelling to pick up point.

0 stars. The experience didn't happen. We arrived before the designated meeting time, at the designated meeting place and no one was there. I called the contact number, no one answered, so I left a message. I called back a few minutes later (still prior to meeting/starting time) and was told the bus was not running. To not contact your customers of an event that would prevent the experience from taking place is absolutely unacceptable. If there is mechanical failures, the customer should contacted and informed their planned and paid for experience will not be taking place. They said they were issuing a refund because of it, but the refund hasn't shown in my bank account.
