Made the reservation the day before. No hassle, easy to do. Had to google address as we are from out of state. Little bit of a drive from El Paso, but not bad. Instructions on website instructed us to be there 45 mins early. So we planned accordingly. We arrived an hour early as we left earlier than needed just in case of traffic or any other issues. When the time of 45 mins before the reservation time came, I went to building to check in. Door was locked, no one was there. I walked around the building to see if there was another entrance or anyone about but found nothing. I went back to the car and waited. About 5 mins later, I called the number for the UTV business and the person who answered said someone would be there in 5 or ten minutes more. Someone finally arrived and started the check in process for us and the other family waiting. If you request someone to be there at specific time, then I suggest you should also be there on time. All in all the tour in the UTV was fun and unique. Trails were dusty and blowing dirt everywhere, but helmets that were provided helped with that. The ride went quickly and I kind of wished we could have gone just a little slower in some spots in order to see all that was around us. I would recommend this tour and would definitely go again.

Had a great time, guide was very friendly and professional. Route had a good amount of excitement. A bit restrained compared to some other UTV outfitters that we’ve used but still a good time and worth the cost.

Thank you so much for the kind words and 5-star review. Each tour guide is a little bit different. We all have slightly different trails we use to make each experience unique. I’m not sure who your guide was but I don’t commonly hear the word “restrained” from customers? So I’m wondering if he just had a slower vehicle in the group or something and couldn’t open it up? Regardless, I want you to have fun. So please come back and visit us again. Ask for the owner to be your guide, I’ll give you a little discount and we’ll open her up a bit. I’ll take you out on my favorite trail . Let’s reload and see if we can do better. We obviously want to keep it safe. Don’t want you flipping over or anything, but we definitely want you grinning from ear to ear when you come back from the ride.

We had a great time on our tour. It’s less dusty than a similar tour we did in CO which was a nice surprise. (It’s still really dusty so wear the right clothes !) Frank was our guide and he was fantastic. We were the only ones on the tour so I think he was able to let me drive at a slightly faster pace (top out around 35 mph). I would have loved a little extra times on the dunes at the end but not really a negative just a lot of fun and wanted more!
