We booked on this trip whilst in Vegas as we wanted to see some of the surrounding area, and it did not disappoint. Due to the number of people booked for this day, we ended up on a private tour (the company does 6 in a group max). Our driver, Darren, contacted us before so we knew where to meet and was a excellent guide. We started off by heading to Aliente for a massive breakfast buffet before heading to the park. The scenery was fantastic and we visited all of the major sites - elephant rock, beehive, petroglyphs and the silicone domes (amongst others). We had plenty of time to wander off and take photos and Darren gave us loads of information about the different things that we saw, as well as being really interesting to talk to about Nevada and America in general. Anyone visiting Vegas should take the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and we would really recommending this as an inexpensive and interesting option.

5 Friends really enjoyed the tour of VOF. I highly recommend D-Tours. Darin our driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We never felt rushed. To start the tour - Breakfast Buffet at the Aliante Casino helped fuel us up for this 6 hour adventure. We are from the Midwest where we have forests all around us. Seeing the wide open desert terrain, red rocks and silica mounds was breathtaking and beautiful. A different way to see the Las Vegas area. You can only gamble so much. Nature never disappoints.

We had the most amazing tour out to the valley of fire. Darin our guide knew literally everything about the valley you could ever wish to know and more. He kept us enchanted with the history and the petryglyphs as well as making sure we got the best pictures. We opted for lunch instead of breakfast and this turned out to be an amazing all you can eat buffet off strip - hidden gem.
