We took the Verde Canyon Adventure on a Tuesday. Arrived about 10:30AM and took the time to have lunch at the Copper Spike which is inside the gift shop at the depot. Nice museum (air conditioned) and large clean restrooms separate from the gift shop. Boarded about 12:45, returned at 4:45PM, exactly 4 hours. Served charcuterie, bottled water and champaign which were included in the price. All other drinks and snacks were extra. Very nice staff and service. Bathroom on board. Difficult to hear the narration over the PA system, but I’m old so maybe younger ears would do fine. The scenery was gorgeous. You can’t take a bad picture! Loved it!

The service on this trip is top notch. The price may seem high for a train ride, but it’s worth every penny. Included with your ticket you get a meal at the train depot before or after your trip, plus a charcuterie board, champagne, and water while on the train. There are also beverages available for purchase while on the train and each train car has its own bartender. If you’re lucky enough to get Shea as your bartender, your time on the train will be unforgettable! She made our trip so memorable with her fun energy and incredible drinks (be sure to order a mudslide when you get to Perkinsville). Don’t miss out on this amazing ride with incredible views and a chance to make lasting memories!

Had a great time viewing the seanery. All the staff was very friendly. The surprise was a meal and snack tray was included.
