This is an update of my initial review. I had some minor concerns which I voiced. Scott called me within a day or so to apologize and to make things right, which I believe he did. One of the issues had already been rectified, and we spent some time talking about my experience. I believe this company is very supportive of their employees and truly concerned about customer satisfaction. I would caution customers to read the tour description so expectations are clear. You will see and hear about Chip and Joanna's journey, but this is not a tour of any specific Fixer Upper (you will not go inside or walk the grounds) since most homes are lived in and those residents deserve their privacy. You will get a broad view of Waco and a lot of information about your favorite couple and homes. Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and added some of her own experience as a native of Waco. The company offers several tours and I would not hesitate to take another of their offerings.

Nice tour of Waco. Our driver & guide Kelly was awesome. She’s from Waco and knows a lot about the town & how it’s evolved. Magnolia is a large presence & was fun to learn more about. Tour of Fixer Upper home wasn’t available that day. Did get a glance of the castle from outside, tours were sold out. Glad we took the tour & had Kelly showing us around. Definitely recommend taking this tour!

Bonnie our tour guide was the best part of our trip because of her heartfelt love of Waco, the Gaines, and all that has been accomplished in the area. A Sunday was great, because you can see how empty the town is without the Silos. Every stop and "slow down" was a great one! All over town, you can see properties that are wonderful because of the Gaines' vision and hard work! It was the best city tour that I've ever taken! The positive attitudes and general kindness of the employees in and around Waco is special and leaves a good feeling for us visitors! Thank you!
