Enjoyed shopping, and seeing the 3 homes we passed and the one we toured. The guide could use some education or should at least read the books written by the Gap ez, as she co trickster so.e of the book information. Not a proficient speaker

Our tour guides go by many more than "3" of Chip and Joanna's works and usually get to go inside a home that was done on the show (which everyone raves about, as you can see Joanna's touch all throughout the home). You also usually get to meet Jimmy Don of JDH Iron Works (a regular on the show, and folks really enjoy meeting him). As for the female tour guide, we only have one and she is a 5 star rated guide. She also worked for the City of Waco Tourism for 24 years and was the Step on Tour guide provided by the City to do the tours for large Motor Coach Bus groups that came into Waco for 20 years. She knows her facts more than most in Waco. As the owner, I stand behind her as she does an outstanding job and is an excellent person. Either you have placed a review for the wrong business or you are intentionally trying to mislead. If you did take the tour, contact me and I will give you a full refund.

Sue was an awesome guide and meeting Jimmy Don was the highlight of our trip! Hearing about Chip & Jo’s next endeavors was interesting.
