Brazos Tours are fantastic. We booked at last minute and their communication as well as customer service was 10/10. Our guide Sue was so friendly, informative as well as making us feel very comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Brazos Tours to anyone and the fact you get to actually go in the 3 Little Pigs House makes the whole experience brilliant. Thank you to the Brazos team with a special mention to Sue our tour guide.

Joe was extremely kind, funny, knowledgeable, and engaging. Our whole family really enjoyed the tour and loved hearing about Waco and the Gaines family impact in the community.

We visited soon after Christmas; our guide, Sue, was very informative & pleasant. The only thing promised in the booking info was we'd stop @ Jimmy Don's but because of the Holiday, we were told his place was closed, but would have been nice to even drive by it, which we didn't. Also, not able to tour inside on of the renovated houses, like we hoped, as it was currently leased out. Other than that, it was pretty cool seeing some of the houses that were featured on the Fixer Upper show.

Thank you for booking the tour and the nice review. We are blessed to have customers like you. We normally do go by Jimmy Don's, but it is a trailer and not his main location which is in Crawford. We have no decision in when a business is closed, but the rare times they are we don't stop. When it's open he is usually there and comes out to meet everyone. As for the house, we wish you could have seen the inside. On our website we state that you "might" get to go into a house. Most of the time it is available for the tours. On the occasion it isn't, we let everyone on the tour know which day the house will be available so they can meet back and tour the house. If you will not be in town when it is available, we ask that you call us when you come back to Waco so we can try and coordinate a tour of the house. Unfortunately sometimes things are beyond our control. We do the absolute best we can to provide a wonderful and unique experience. Again, thank you for the kind words. Scott
