We (7 of my favorite ladies) just returned from our Fixer Upper Weekend and the Brazos Tour was a great addition to our trip. We couldn't get out of the car fast enough when we arrived for our private tour an actual Fixer Upper - very cool. Our guide Sue is very knowledgeable and kind. She shared info about Waco and the exciting things going on as a result of Joanna and Chip Gaines' hard work and vision. There are other tours of Waco but because of the personalized service received, and kindness of Sue, I think the Brazos tour is the one to choose! Thanks for making our visit to Waco one we will never forget!! We hope to come back for more!!

We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour with Sue. She is very knowledgeable of the area and provided many interesting facts & details about the town of Waco and about various home and buildings we past. There was a mix-up about the tour time & she took time to personally contact us & actually waited a few minutes for the entire group to arrive. SO VERY pleased she did that!! Definitely recommend taking this tour if you visit Waco and really enjoyed getting to go inside the Three Little Pigs Home. This tour made our trip worth it!! Booked ahead online and was able to use a 10% coupon also from some brochures I had ordered from the Visitor Center. That's 10% extra you can spend at The Silos :)

Great tour! Would recommend to any Fixer Upper fan. Highlight of the trip was going inside 3 Little Pigs that Chip and Joanna did.
