The tour was the highlight of our four days in Waco! My daughters and I were excited to be in Waco and experience all things Magnolia ... We chose Brazos Tours because the website was very specific about seeing a number of Fixer Upper homes ... and it hinted that something special might be in store. When we got to go inside The Three Little Pigs house we were over the moon! I know Scott can't promise that to every tour group, but we were some of the lucky ones. Beyond that, we saw many Fixer Upper houses and learned about the houses, their owners, the neighborhoods, Waco history, and more. We also learned about Baylor and took a little spontaneous detour into the campus. We were delighted with every aspect of the tour and would recommend it to anyone visiting Waco who wants to experience "The Magnolia Effect!"

I highly recommend this tour to any one visiting Waco as Scott gives so much information about Waco and the Magnolia effect! He is owner of one of the Fixer Upper homes and he gave us a tour of it! That was an amazing surprise and we really appreciated all the stories and his sharing of his vast knowledge! We stopped and met Jimmy Don and that was a thrill! Thanks Scott, we can tell that you really enjoy what you do!!

One of the best tours I have ever taken Tour guide was the owner, from Waco Very knowledgeable of local history Was very flexible, answered all of the questions That were asked. Made the tour informative, enjoyable, and educational Went out of his way to accommodate the tour visitors Made everyone feel welcomed and appreciated for coming to visit Waco and see the Gaines affect Great tour, great price, would do it again Highly recommend this tour while in Waco
