Well worth the money! Had a great time touring the fixer upper homes. Joe is very knowledgeable about Waco, the homes on the tour, and Chip and Joanna! We got to go into one of the homes and made a few important stops along the way. Didn't get lucky enough to see Chip or Joanna, but maybe next time!
