We really enjoyed our tour with Joe, he was super knowledgeable about Waco and all things Fixer Upper and Magnolia. We got to tour a Fixer Upper home from the show and go to Harp Design where we had a chance encounter with Clint Harp himself. One disappointment was we didn't get to go to Jimmy Don's metal working shop as he was not in town. That said, Joe more than made up for it with his insights and special stops. Overall, we highly recommend this tour for both fans of the show and folks who want to learn about Waco. Younger kids (under 13) probably would be a bit bored, older teens and adults would enjoy it.

Great fun. Saw lots if houses. We went into one. Loved hearing the stories. Our guide Joe was wonderful. We enjoyed the small group experience. The best part was meeting Clint.
