There was a lot of construction around the hotel where the tour leaves and we were a few minutes late because of this and we called the tour operator and they couldn’t have been nicer about the situation The tour guide had only lived in Waco for a couple years but had definitely done her homework and was very knowledgeable about the fixer-upper programming and each of the houses that she took us to As a special treat we were able to tour/touch and feel an actual house that was done for HGTV and is now an Airbnb. This tour gives you a great overview of the improvements that Chip and Joanna have made in Waco however there’s no shortage of opportunity for much more rejuvenation in Waco. The van was very comfortable and the small group size was very helpful

The castle. Where Chip & Jo were married. Harp Design Co. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience super fun. Honestly, every detail was perfect.

Tour was good and guide was good but the van was overcrowded. Back row is not comfortable for 4 adults!

Thank you for the nice words about the tour and guide. I appreciate you booking. As for the seating, the vehicle is a 15 passenger Ford Transit Wagon Van and based upon their specifications we sell up to 14 seats excluding the driver. Being a 2.5 hr tour groups usually make new friends and become like family. Sometimes when it's a full van you become very close. Let me know when you come back to Waco and I'll try to make it a better experience for you. - Scott
