Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Weight Restrictions: Due to FAA regulations, all passengers must be weighed at check-in. For each single passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, combined weights of 420 lbs per couple, or for groups of 3 or more an average of 200lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at the time of booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.
It is recommended that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour
Flight routes & sights may vary due to weather.
Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT US IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat.
Please contact us for your check in and departure time at least 72 hours prior to your flight!
Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin holding up to 6 passengers and one pilot.
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.
No bags allowed on board. This includes a purse, fanny pack, backpack, etc.

Fantastic experience that left us stunt by these beautiful islands. Cameron was a fantastic tour guide and pilot that shared his passion for the island and allowed us to see hidden gems only accessible by air. This was the highlight of our holidays in Maui and made us wanting to come back. A final word to also thank the whole Air Maui staff for their excellent service and facility.

Loved our experience! Jim was our pilot and he is awesome! Good sense of humor, made us laugh, and had a tons of information about the island and it’s history. I had never flown in a helicopter before, and was a bit nervous... but he let us know when to expect every bump, gust of wind, or turn. I felt so prepared and wasn’t scared at all. The team there is so professional and friendly. MUST DO! There are so many aspects of Hawaii that you can’t see anywhere but from the view point of Jim’s helicopter!
