Research interns from around the world lead a hands-on touch-tank featuring live local sea creatures.This cruise typically heads 3-15 miles offshore.

Coastal and Transient Bottlenose Dolphins
Humpback, Fin, Minke or critically endangered Right Whale
Bird Life: Wilsons Storm Petrels, Jaegers, Shearwaters, American Bald Eagles, Osprey, American Oystercatchers, Brown Pelicans, Cormorants and other seasonal species
Sharks: Hammerhead, Dusky, Spinner, or Great White
Sea Turtles: Loggerhead, Leatherback, or Green * Oceanic Sunfish or Mola mola
Stingrays: Cow-nosed, Manta ray

Well worth the time and money! Took the tour with my family, two in our party were older and require a cane to walk. The boat was easily accessible for them. The bathroom is small and requires a step over a ledge. The trip was amazing, we saw 3 whales and several dolphins and birds. The narrator was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the wildlife. My husband who normally gets motion sickness was fine. We had a lot of fun on the tour even as adults. They have a small gift shop and beverages on board. I give it 5 whale tales up! Thank you!

No whales, barely saw dolphins if you want to pay 50 pp for a dolphin education , go for it. The most activity was watching people barfing off the boat. True Lu a threeee hourrrr tour, a three hour tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed this whale and dolphin watch. It was exciting to watch the whale as he stayed near for quite a while; we were thrilled!. The dolphins swam near our boat and, they, too were great to see. Wonderful trip!! Our naturalist on the ride was very knowledgeable of the sea animals; our captain knew how close to bring the boat so we could enjoy these mammal antics. Thank you so much!
