The outlet centre itself is brilliant and it is not hard to fill a suitcase full of bargains from a wide variety of stores. I recommend converting the voucher to tickets the day before, if you can manage it. Also be warned that it can take time to find your way around the Port Authority Bus Terminal. We were given a wrong gate number when we purchased our tickets, and almost missed the bus we wanted to catch. Definitely go for the more open-ended transfer as we were there for much longer than we anticipated. For those who need to keep in touch, free WIFI is available in the food court.

The organisation of the trip was excellent. Some bargains to be had and more so if you like designer names. An hour's journey on a comfortable coach but 2 hors back with long queues into NY.
